　　IDLE's subprocess didn't make connection.Either IDLE cant't start a subprocess or personal firewall software is blocking the connection.

　　打開控制面板選項

　　在控制面板中打開系統(tǒng)安全設置

　　在系統(tǒng)安全防火墻設置中選擇允許程序通過windows防火墻

　　選擇允許運行另一程序

　　點擊瀏覽選擇python安裝目錄下的pythonw.exe文件后點擊添加按鈕將pwthonw.exe添加到防火墻允許列表中

　　添加完成后效果

　　再次啟動idle時正常啟動
