Client Success Manager

NitroMojo is a growing startup company with technology products and services that provide sustainable improvement to the bottom-line of companies who sell through Partner Channels.  Our continued success is dependent upon the success of our clients and their satisfaction with NitroMojo.  The Client Success team plays a significant role in ensuring our clients’ success and has a direct impact on customer retention. The Client Success Manager achieves that goal by successfully completing the following:

  • Managing client license renewals and overall client satisfaction
  • Gathering and understanding client feedback and ideas and turning that information into improvements to customer satisfaction, loyalty and new products
  • Onboarding new clients including managing the configuration process, providing various user role-based training and being the front line for questions and assistance
  • Regularly communicate and listen to assigned Clients and if they are having challenges in any relative area, work with the Account Executive associated with the client and the Client Success team to identify possible insights and solutions

As a member of the Customer Success team you must be comfortable dealing with clients and fellow employees of differing age groups and career levels. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for technology, client satisfaction, and problem solving. Responsibilities

  • Ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Keep client contact information and activity records up to date and accurate
  • Monitor client usage and participation
  • Create and maintain automated reports and provide insights where appropriate to Client(s) on performance improvement opportunities
  • Proactively monitor customer data to identify risk points
  • Communicate with and encourage Clients to attend special training events and assist in the introduction of new products to existing Clients
  • Perform as first line of support for Client questions and issue
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc reporting as requested

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Prior experience in a client success role (technology, advertising or marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and be able to teach others how to use it
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with salesforce.com a plus
  • Comfort with data, reports and dashboards; ability to manipulate data sets in spreadsheets and glean insights from results
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with on-site and virtual teams

Business Development Manager

At NitroMojo expanding our growth means expanding our Business Development Team.  We are seeking recent college graduates to become part of that team as business development manager whose primary responsibility is to identify, nurture and build relationships with qualified prospects for the NitroMojo product.  The majority of the position

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule demos with qualified prospects leveraging inbound leads and target account selling
  • Meet monthly and quarterly demo and/or other business development activity objectives
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the value propositions our product, service and support deliver

Account Executive

NitroMojo is looking for an experienced sales and marketing expert to lead a Business Development team in the Healthcare/Medical market.  An Account Executive helps our potential and existing clients understand the tremendous positive impact NitroMojo solutions deliver and assists in the configuration and implementation of the technology to meet their specific and unique business requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Development Managers to identify and qualify prospective clients
  • Work with the Marketing team to  develop resources and content for your business focus
  • Effectively demonstrate the application’s features and functionality to prospective clients and stakeholders
  • Fully manage customer accounts and sales cycles
  • Identify key sales processes and develop working methodology for revenue development
  • Work with management to improve sales efficiency for qualifying and closing sales
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic plan

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years work experience working on client or agency side of B2B focused organization
  • Working knowledge of salesforce.com or other top tier sales and marketing technologies
  • Consistent history of achieving/exceeding quotas and other key objectives

Marketing Director

OK, we are looking for an Ultimate Marketing-Mojo Master here!  The NitroMojo Marketing Manager works closely with the NitroMojo Business Development and Management team to ensure that our budgeted demand, awareness and leads are generated.  This position reports directly to the President and is part of the Management Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Account Managers and Management to develop a continual stream of valuable content for our prospects and clients
  • Develop and update marketing plans and provide reports that measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics deployed
  • Assist in the development of training and client support communications
  • Assist in the development of presentation materials for the Business Development team
  • Update the company website as necessary and ensure SEO is working properly
  • Contribute to the company’s product development and strategic plans

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of extremely successful experience in a combination of Digital, PR, Social medias
  • Successful experience marketing technology solutions a plus
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications related major
  • Copywriting and editing skills that make President Obama’s speechwriter take notes
  • Knowledge and successful experience of the creative development process

Senior Salesforce Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team product development and support team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with current Director of Engineering, QA engineers, other developers, and the product development team to design, develop, test, and maintain NitroMojo Salesforce.com products
  • Work with Business Development and Management team to understand and define client/market requirements
  • Work with Client Success team to troubleshoot and fix customer issues and support customer deployments
  • Demonstrate integrity and encourage as well as participate in the exchange of ideas, and nurture a collaborative work environment
  • Accountable for meeting deadlines and quality standards and take initiative beyond what is minimally required
  • Manage expectations and work with the Client Success team to deliver the highest client satisfaction levels possible

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development
  • 3+ years experience coding basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (or a JS framework) is required
  • 7+ years coding in any programming language/framework is required, .Net experience a plus
  • Prior experience using source control and issue tracking system is required
  • Any experience developing Lightning pages or components is a plus
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
